Health prior to treatment:
I have always been very health, never sick and exercising every day. But one day, working on my
computer, I was suddenly hit by a massive headache on the whole left side of my head.
Blurry vision and so much pain i couldn't sleep.
So I went to various doctors and nothing was improving, almost got scammed by another clinic promising
me full recovery in 6 months providing 7k payment up front.
So I called my friend Dr.Greg whom I know from skydiving togehter
He told me to go fo a radio of my neck and then to come to his practice.

Benefit:
The beneif was immediate and huge.
Beyond that, Dr. Greg also explains everything in simple terms, as a result, my health in not only
better butmy understanding of my body in daily life is much greater.
On the 1st session, my headache was gone.
within 3 sessions, my neck was recovered and i haven't had any issues since!

Anyone tried this? Seems promising.

Giddiness, dizziness, constant floating sensation, the world spinning, vertigo, wobbly, swaying, BPPV

This sensation occurs at the slightest trigger, for instance when you move your head quickly when twisting round for the car seatbelt.

So the main reason I want to create this page is for all of you people out there with these symptoms that you are not alone, and to see if there are commonalities between you guys. And to hopefully have the cure.

So my fiancee has this one day after we played in a Condominium's swimming pool.

And these are the things she has tried:

  • Seeing multiple general doctors who all think it was fluid/ear imbalance.
    • which is a series of special head movements, under the direction of your doctor, to dislodge these crystals. Which strangely it seemed to help in the first place.
      • Then it kinda didn't help at all.
  • Seeing a Ear Nose Throat (ENT) specialist at Singapore General Hospital
    • Which sent her for a MRI
      • And found nothing.
  • Seeing multiple Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioners
    • Acupuncture
    • Acupuncture with electrodes
    • Various mixed herbs and Chinese medicine for quite a period of time
We are basically also now very mindful of health, so we are taking basic supplements like vitamins, omega-3 and protein which helps.

We have found that the triggers are quite consistent:
  • Lack of sleep
  • High levels of stress
  • Anxiety
  • Caffeine
  • Alcohol
And one of the biggest thing I personally think contributes is Chlorine, which may be linked with the swimming pool, drinking water and showers.

Please, please, please do comment on this post, on anything at all! Things that can help, other triggers or things to avoid, experiences, etc.

Keeping in motion seems to help reduce the symptoms, driving up/down circular winding car-parks are bad, when taking the plane and it tilts it's bad too, sleeping on the side sometimes.

Cures
  • Sufficient sleep everyday, get a sleeping tracker and find ways to improve your quality of sleep
  • Exercise helps to keep to body fit
  • Keep a dairy of when it occurs and any specific things that makes it worse.
  • Water filtration system to get rid of Chlorine
  • Walk around every hour for 5-10 minutes. Fixate your eyes on an object in the distance and slowly move your head around while fixated on the object. It helps to retrain your brain and balance. It also helps reduce your anxiety about the situation.
  • Upping electrolyte intake.
